White labeled domains are back up and running as well as our cloud provider seems to be up.

Update -
API, iOS and Android apps are now using the new infrastructure and operational now.
We will continue to monitor the situation.
Remaining affected services are the white labeled domains on top of Rechat. For those to operate, a DNS change would be necessary.
If you are in charge of a white labeled domain, you can [temporarily] point your Rechat's hostname to the following IP address to start using the new infrastructure:

Update -
While our cloud provider is still experiencing a major downtime, we have spawned up an alternative infrastructure to allow agents to continue their work.
app.rechat.com should be operational now, with a slightly degraded performance.
The API and the mobile apps are not using the new infrastructure and will continue to experience downtime.
Brokerages using custom domains will continue to experience issues as well.
